
26029 had a moment of East Coast Class 1 glory when it acted as an 1160hp speedo for 55017, whose speedo was bust. The 26 was doing all the work as train leaves aberdeen heading for edinburgh, but as the picture was taken, the sleeping giant awoke... and the 26 scuttled south at warp factor 3.
